Around 10 working days after your Session you can book a date to come along to the studio for your own private booking session where you can view your images. Luvphotography Fine Art Images will aim to provide around 5 images that will have been beautifully hand retouched to show you the quality of the end product and the rest of the images will be soft proof edited until you make your final image selections and then they too will be retouched.
Luvphotography Fine Art Images looks to provide a gallery of between 25 to 30 images for your viewing & ordering session. You may also order any of these in Black and White.
The actual editing process itself can take a number of weeks after placing your order, please be patient as 100% care and effort is edited into each image individually and if there are several pictures or an album this process can take 6 plus weeks, especially during busy periods like Christmas time. Also, client images are edited in client order.... don't forget that if you are excited to get your order its sure thing that other families will be also...
Please bear in mind that each image is individually hand retouched to a very high level and is a complimentary
service that usually incurs charges in many other Studios.
If you are unable to attend your initial viewing session we can arrange for you to view your gallery online where you will be given a private ID to login under Client Access at the bottom of the homepage. This is live for 7 days only.
PLEASE NOTE: When your online gallery has been closed there will be a £25 admin fee to reload the gallery for a further 48 hrs as loading the gallery onto the system has to be done manually and can take some hours to do.
All orders for prints, albums, wall art or giftware must be paid in full at the time of order being placed. From here orders can take 6 weeks (or more for albums etc) for delivery. All orders must be collected from the studio itself. After Sessions images will be stored and then archived / deleted after 60 days. Please speak to your photographer if you would like to spread a payment (payment plan) on orders so that the images are kept live.
